Harris Excavating has been in business since 1972. Alfred “Bud” Harris started the business using principles taught to him from his uncles, Claude & John Dunbar. In 1995, after graduating high school, Steve joined his father and the longstanding partnership began. Steve has had billable hours doing bulldozer work since he was age 12–watch how he uses the controls our of backhoe as if it’s extension of his hand!
